3.3 I'magination
''I Yam What I Yam'' - Popeye
Our time as conscious beings must be spent "in perspective relation." Although we have assumptions about others, those "stories" are our own - we tell them to ourselves and act on them.
There is no other center as we are "self-embodied." We are also built to learn and know "things", even to know our own being, as if an object of a kind.
3.3.1 Perspective Is Not a Choice
The Only View
There is a "you" that wakes up, moves, thinks, has a history etc. Being sentient, having memories, and the wondrous capacity for story (cause & effect) makes us our own universe.
This is not a choice and thoughts of "melding" and "transpersonal channeling" are internal states just the same. We are bound to this perspective and, for as much as we might try "another man's shoes" as a prescription for our worldly ignorance, it is still "us" in those shoes.
3.3.2 Echoes & Mirrors
The Valley of You
Perception is a biological process of apprehension bound to perspective. I create a me by reference and in relation - "I" am an experience of the echo and mirror of the greater world. I am also, at the same time, the perceiving point of it.
The nature of the sense of existence emerges and emanates from our source of being - in a place and time "in relation."
